Avid Ratings is the industry leader for measuring home quality and creating exceptional customer experiences throughout North America. Their awards are considered to be premier awards for homebuilding professionals. At the International Builders’ Show this past January 9-11, Avid presented their fifth annual Avid Service Awards. These awards honor employees who received exemplary customer satisfaction scores among the thousands of employees rated in Avid’s GoSurvey program.
There are three categories of Avid Service Awards given to eligible project superintendents and customer care, design center, and sales representatives. The Benchmark Award represents the top 25% nationwide, the Excellence Award represents the top 5% nationwide, and the Gold Award includes the top 5% nationwide and best in region.
The winners of these awards were selected based on customer satisfaction scores submitted by customers who closed on their home between January 2016 and June 2017.
