Introducing Kellerton Townhomes: a new community of townhomes in Frederick County, MD. Kellerton Townhomes supplement the single family homes available in Kellerton, and will also have access to the future Clubhouse, pool and tot lot.
Ausherman Development Corporation is the developer for the land that is now the Kellerton community. Ausherman completed all required approvals and studies for the municipality, including an Environmental Site Assessment from April 2015. At the end of 2017, Keystone Custom Homes entered into agreement with Ausherman to build Phase 1 of the community, which includes a total of 88 single family homes and 39 townhomes. Keystone broke ground on the first single family homes in 2018, and Kellerton Townhomes are expected to be released in Fall 2019.
A new collection of floorplans was designed specifically for Kellerton Townhomes. Inspired by an open floorplan design, exceptional functionality, and stunning designs, Keystone is excited to introduce the new floorplans to customers.
Kellerton is ideally located minutes from downtown Frederick, with direct access to Hagerstown, Ellicott City, and Bethseda in under an hour.
The community of Kellerton is serviced by Yellow Springs Elementary, Monocacy Middle, and Governor Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick County Public School District.
