Keystone Custom Homes participated in the Lancaster BIA’s 2020 Virtual Parade of Homes with two unique homes – the Crestwood Heritage duplex and the Covington Farmhouse single family home.
The Crestwood home won the Fulton Bank Award, recognized as the highest honor given during the Parade of Homes, for Best Townhome/Duplex!
This Crestwood Heritage is a duplex home with 2115 sqft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and partially-finished basement. The main living area of the home features the Family Room, Classic Kitchen, and Dining Area. The Family Room has a brick veneer accent wall around the linear fireplace and flows into the Classic Kitchen complete with eat-in island, quartz countertops, herringbone tile backsplash, gray cabinets, a large stainless farmhouse sink, and stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances.

The open floorplan features a Family Room with shiplap accent wall, Kennedy gas fireplace, and transom windows. The Classic Kitchen has a large eat-in island, 42″ gray cabinets, herringbone tile backsplash, quartz countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a large walk-in pantry, and Breakfast Area with bump out and serving nook. The Dining Room features 5′ Charleston wainscoting and the Study features a large transom window.
Upstairs, the Owner’s Suite features two large walk-in closets leading into the bathroom. The Serenity Bath features a glass-enclosed tile shower, freestanding soaker tub, dual tall vanities, and a water closet.
