Why did you decide to build versus buy an existing home?

We decided to build a house because we wanted to build and design our dream home.

Why did you choose Keystone specifically?

Through Keystone, we were able to customize and build and design our dream home. We had the freedom to design it as exactly as we wanted it and we were able to choose high-quality materials and ensure that the construction meets our standards.

What do you love about the Savannah floorplan? 

We love have a Living Room plus the Loft upstairs. We have a bigger kitchen than we used to, and we have a massive bedroom and our Laundry Room, all on the first floor.

What was the most challenging part of building your home? 

The most challenging parts were the permit approvals and the delays that we didn't expect, which took us a year and a half to build a dream home.

What drew you to Lexington Point?

We love that it is located in West Grove, We've been here for 25 years and it's close to church and school and it's a quiet community.

What have you enjoyed most about your new home so far?

We have enjoyed having more space, we have the Living Room plus the Loft, and we have a bigger kitchen. We have more space while cooking, and we have a Master Bedroom and our Laundry Room all on the first floor.
