What is your favorite floorplan to design (structurally or decoratively)? 

I love the Devonshire and the many various ways we have customized this layout for clients' specific needs. I am also very excited about the new Devonshire elevations.

What is your favorite Kitchen & Bath package and why?

The Serenity Bath package, when people see this in the Design Studio they fall in love and so do I. I love the heavy glass shower door and freestanding tub feature. 

What has been your favorite customer home?

My favorite layout was creating a massive Owner's Suite in the Devonshire by expanding the bedroom into where the 2nd floor Family Room area would be. Talk about a dreamy bedroom!

What advice would you give to customers (structurally or decoratively)?

I think buyers who take time to do their homework benefit the most. Examples include making your selections in KeyChoices or looking at the website. The more information given to clients prior to their structural meeting alleviates the feeling of it seeming overwhelming. 

Something fun about living in North Carolina!

Something fun about living in North Carolina is spending time on the gorgeous lakes and being able to drive around town in golf carts!

I just added a golden retriever puppy to my family named Link!
